2. First Telephone Interview


with a recruitment consultant or talent recruiter to define your search and understand your aspirations. We promptly contact candidates whose profiles match open job offers with our clients and whom we have not yet met. If this initial contact is promising, you will be able to prepare for the interview with our recruitment agency.


3. Conducting an Interview with a Consultant or Talent Recruiter


This phase allows us to collect all the necessary elements for your candidate file (usual documents, contacts for reference checks, recruitment tests, etc.). Depending on the profession, our recruitment agency may offer a technical test and/or a personality test if applicable.


4. Presentation of Your File to the Client


After the Interview. Several candidates can be proposed, provided they match the profile sought by our client (professional experience, salary expectations, skill tests, etc.)


5. Organization of Interviews


with the Client and Support up to the job offer.


6. Support Following Each Job Placement.


The consultant continues to play the role of intermediary between the candidate and their new employer.
