When you upload your CV, our tool reviews it. If your skills and experience align with one of our active projects, our recruiters will reach out to you about a real opportunity.

During your interview with one of our consultants, we ensure detailed and comprehensive note-taking. This means you won’t need to undergo multiple interviews with different consultants, and with your consent, you can be considered for other projects beyond those managed by your initial contact.

It’s possible that we might not have an immediate project that matches your profile when you submit an unsolicited application to our recruitment firm. However, with your consent, we might also suggest forwarding your CV to certain companies in our portfolio that could be interested in your profile, depending on the roles and profiles our clients are looking for.

The only reason to delay submitting your CV is if it isn’t ready yet! So, what are you waiting for? Moreover, we don’t require a cover letter.
